Helping to facilitate the relationships you want.

WHY?

Relationships are often at the heart of how we feel about our lives. Whether it is at work, with family, friends, or in romantic partnership, the state of a relationship—especially one going particularly well or poorly—can significantly impact our daily well-being.

“The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.” - Esther Perel

Yet few of us receive any real training in how to be in relationship. From childhood onward, we try things out and are met with the consequences. Often, the relational patterns we formed early in life continue to shape how we show up with others as adults. Without a clear sense of what we want and how we want to feel along the way, our intentions get lost in the repeating patterns.

While therapy and other forms of deep self-work can be essential in healing patterns and creating healthier relationships, sometimes what we need is a different kind of support—someone who can listen, reflect, and help us stay aligned with the values we hold.

That’s where Relational Facilitation comes in.
It’s a space for grounded, thoughtful support—whether you’re navigating a relational challenge or seeking to be more intentional in how you connect.

You might benefit from Relational Facilitation if:

  • You feel overwhelmed by dating and want help finding a path forward that is more fun and grounded.

  • You’re caring for aging parents and need support with end-of-life conversations.

  • You’re in conflict with a close friend and could use support— individually or together.

  • You want to have an important conversation with your boss, but don’t know where to start.
