Let’s work together to find out.
Services
Relational Values Map
If you are feeling stuck in relational dynamics that do not feel nourishing or are in transition and want to be thoughtful about what’s next, relationship values mapping could help. We’ll spend 3-6 sessions talking about the values that drive you and what you want to experience in relationship. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how your values can drive your current or future relationships.
Relational Deep Dive
If you want to address a particular relational issue we can dive deep together understanding what you ideally want in relationship and talking through next steps. This focused 1-3 sessions could be planning for dating after divorce, thinking through a conversation with your boss, or addressing an issue with your sibling that you’ve been putting off, for example.
Relational Container
If you want a supportive space for a conversation you’ve wanted to have, we can do 1-3 sessions with fully consenting adults to create the container for listening and reflecting, and if needed, moving toward shared next steps. This could be a space for a conversation with a business partner, a friend, an aging parent, or a new romantic partner.
*Relational Facilitation is not therapy and I am not a licensed therapist. My work is not to dig into and heal attachment wounds in relationship. What I think Relational Facilitation can do is support people through discrete relational opportunities and challenges, helping them understand themselves and what they want in relationship more clearly.
Group Process
I also have over a decade of experience facilitating groups in learning and shared decision-making. If you need a facilitator for a staff retreat or a strategic decision, I can tailor a process to meet your organization’s needs.
